WSU EVERETT - UNIVERSITY CENTER PRE DESIGN
In collaboration with the Miller Hull Partnership, this pre-design study established the program and site design parameters for the new Washington State University Everett University Center Academic Building. This campus building is a new home for a coalition of learners, educators and industry partners. Expressing WSU’s core values, it creates a distinct identity and envisions future growth toward a fully developed campus. As the inaugural building for WSU’s new branch campus, it dramatically expands access to higher education in the North Puget Sound region with concentrations in science, technology, engineering and math. The pre-design established a new entry to the campus, a stormwater treatment facility, parking and exterior student spaces that set the standard for the quality and sense of place for the new campus.
