VINCENT MASON PARK
In partnership with the Office of Disaster Recovery (ODR) and the USVI Department of Sports Parks and Recreation, Groundswell is providing site design, landscape architectural and visualization services to support the recovery efforts from the 2017 Hurricanes Irma and Maria. This scope of work includes Compliance, Concept Design and Construction Documents for repairs to the resort park and pool to restore facilities back to pre-disaster design function and capacity. Construction began October 2021.
