WASHINGTON STATE UNIVERSITY EVERETT CAMPUS MASTER PLAN
The WSU Everett Master Plan effort developed four unique capacity studies for Washington State University’s new North Puget Sound at Everett Campus. Located in an urban area and co-located with an existing community college the plan focused on establishing a strong identity for WSU in the Puget Sound, examined future development potential and phased expansion for parking, adjacent land acquisition, circulation and access. Completed by Chris Jones, as Principal In Charge at Walker Macy, prior to founding Groundswell.
